Justin Dorman

Justin came to Roxiticus in 1991 when just 19 years old. With hard work and dedication he was quickly promoted to Assistant Superintendent and encouraged to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science at Rutgers University. Over the next few years he fell in love with the mystique and beauty of Roxiticus. When offered the position of Golf Course Superintendent in 1999 he accepted with great pride as that made him the third generation of superintendents in his family. Justin’s grandfather and uncle were also golf course superintendents for whom he had great respect. Over the years he has developed work relationships with some wonderful members and employees that share his passion for this special piece of property. Justin looks forward to coming to Roxiticus each day, and always finds something new within this gem of a property.
